Do you have kids?
Families with children are more than welcome at South Norfolk Baptist Church. Our nursery and Sunday School workers are some of the most loving and capable followers of Christ that you can find to care for your littlest treasures!
Most importantly, all activities planned for your kids - music, craft, games, story time, memory verse, etc. - are centered around the gospel and carried out in an engaging and stimulating environment. No matter your child's developmental abilities and challenges, we have something for everyone.
What about older kids? As soon as it's age-appropriate, we encourage older children to join our worship services along with their parents or guardians, as we firmly believe in integrating (not separating) them from the life of the wider assembly-the Body of Christ. In doing so, they not only hear the Word preached alongside older believers, but also see God's people worship together, pray together, and grow in Christ together.
NOTE: The safety of your children while in our care is our utmost priority at SNBC. For each child's welfare and for each parent's peace of mind, all of our children's workers not only have years of experience working with youth, but each individual has also been cleared by a mandatory background check.
